Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with the safe and accurate administration of medication, strictly adhering to care plans and protocols.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medication records, documenting all administrations and relevant observations.
- Monitor service users for any adverse reactions to medication and report concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Provide person-centred care, ensuring the dignity, privacy, and independence of service users are respected at all times.
- Support service users in understanding their medication schedules and promoting self-management where appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other members of the care team.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures within the care environment.

Required Skills
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (grades A-C/4-9 preferred).
