Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down merchandise booths, including displays, signage, and product arrangement.
- Actively engage with customers, providing product information, recommendations, and excellent service.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payments using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and assist with inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns to management.
- Reconcile daily sales and cash floats, preparing end-of-day reports.
- Safeguard merchandise and cash, adhering to company security procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
