Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising strategies, planograms, and visual display guidelines to optimize product placement and presentation.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and products are correctly priced and labelled.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify stock discrepancies, and report on fast-moving/slow-moving items.
- Implement promotional displays and special offers effectively to drive sales.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements in product layout and display.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned product sections.
- Provide competitive analysis by observing market trends and competitor merchandising techniques.
- Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate records of merchandise.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail display.
- Proven ability to execute visual merchandising strategies effectively.
