Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising guidelines across designated retail spaces.
- Design and implement engaging product displays and window presentations that align with promotional calendars and brand aesthetics.
- Monitor stock levels and product placement, ensuring all items are correctly ticketed, priced, and readily available for customers.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness, compliance with brand standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to store teams on merchandising execution and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and inventory teams to align merchandising strategies with business objectives.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform future display decisions and optimise product performance.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal of all display areas and fixtures.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in visual merchandising or a similar retail display role.
