Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and secure delivery of documents, packages, and other items to various locations within Lagos.
- Efficiently plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups, including signatures and timestamps.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Perform routine checks and ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of any assigned company vehicle or motorcycle (if applicable).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status and report any issues or delays promptly.
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the office during periods of low delivery volume.
