Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled metal fabricators and welders with various tasks as directed.
- Transport and position materials and tools within the workshop safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding, cutting, and fabrication processes.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision (e.g., grinders, drills, tape measures).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sweeping and tidying the workshop.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and ensure proper storage.
- Support in the assembly of fabricated components.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Perform general shop duties as needed to support overall production goals.
