As a Microloan Processing Clerk, you will be the backbone of our loan application process. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify microloan application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data entry of client information and loan details into the company's internal processing systems with precision.
- Conduct preliminary checks and due diligence on client information, including verifying identification and residential details.
- Liaise with clients, loan officers, and other internal departments to resolve discrepancies or gather additional information.
- Prepare loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly compiled, organized, and ready for approval.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of loan disbursement documents and schedules.
- Monitor and update client accounts and loan statuses as required.
- Ensure all processing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the loan department as needed, including filing and record-keeping.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role, preferably within a financial institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
