Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off moving trucks.
- Properly pack, wrap, and protect items to prevent damage during transit.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture as required at client locations.
- Operate moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and furniture pads with skill and care.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns with a friendly demeanor.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites, in trucks, and within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist with other general labour tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient moving operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly throughout a workday.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle demanding physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for meticulous packing and loading.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to team success.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic problem-solving abilities to navigate unforeseen challenges on job sites.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in moving, general labour, or warehouse environments.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
