Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, unload, and move furniture and other household or office items.
- Carefully wrap and protect items to prevent damage during transit.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic throughout the moving process.
- Assist with truck setup, breakdown, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete moves within designated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
