Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform quality control checks on products and materials.
- Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines and conveyors.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and tracking materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and counting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
