Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive production schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements for artists, producers, and production staff.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Administer and track production budgets, process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
- Handle music rights, licensing documentation, and ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including calls, emails, and visitor management.
