Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate and finalize music synchronization and master use license agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
- Manage and expand relationships with artists, composers, music supervisors, creative agencies, and content producers.
- Oversee the entire licensing process from initial outreach and pitch to contract execution and payment tracking.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of copyright law, intellectual property rights, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and accurate royalty distribution.
- Curate and maintain an organized music catalog, ensuring all metadata is accurate and searchable.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in music licensing, synchronization, or music publishing.
- Strong understanding of copyright, publishing, and master use rights.
- Proven track record of successful license negotiations and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in music licensing software and database management.
