Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough media research to identify relevant journalists, bloggers, podcasters, and online influencers in the music and entertainment spheres.
  • Support media outreach efforts, including preparing media kits and distributing press materials.
  • Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings, and create detailed coverage reports.
  • Manage and update media contact databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist with social media content creation and community management for PR-related announcements.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, photo shoots, and other promotional events.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Stay informed about current music industry trends, news, and emerging artists.
