Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of music production from conception to final mix/master.
- Collaborate closely with artists, engineers, and creative teams to define and realize project vision.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide constructive creative direction and feedback to artists to enhance their performances and compositions.
- Operate and maintain a variety of studio equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance.
- Scout and develop new musical talent, fostering their growth within Career.zycto's ecosystem.
- Ensure the highest quality audio standards across all productions, meticulously attending to detail.
- Experiment with new sounds, styles, and production techniques to keep our output fresh and innovative.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, or FL Studio.
- Strong understanding of music theory, composition, and arrangement.
- Exceptional mixing and mastering abilities with a keen ear for sonic balance and clarity.
- A demonstrable portfolio of produced tracks, albums, or projects showcasing diverse capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with artists and team members.
- Proven project management experience, capable of handling multiple creative projects concurrently.
- Deep knowledge of various musical genres and production styles.
- Familiarity with audio equipment, microphones, and signal flow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related creative field.
- Experience with foley, sound design, and post-production for video or film projects.
- An established network of industry contacts including artists, engineers, and record labels.
- Ability to play one or more musical instruments proficiently.
- Fluency in German in addition to English.
