Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage music production projects from concept to final master, ensuring artistic integrity and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with artists to develop their sound, refine arrangements, and achieve their creative vision.
- Operate and maintain professional recording studio equipment, including DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live), microphones, interfaces, and outboard gear.
- Record, edit, mix, and master audio tracks to industry-standard quality.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to artists during recording sessions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Stay current with music industry trends, technologies, and production techniques.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the studio.
- Assist with onboarding and cultural integration for new international artists and team members.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Music Producer in a studio setting.
- Demonstrable portfolio of produced, mixed, and mastered tracks across various genres.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
- Strong understanding of audio engineering principles, acoustics, and signal flow.
- Exceptional ear for music, rhythm, melody, and harmony.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse artists and musical styles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
