Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage music production projects from concept to final master, ensuring artistic integrity and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with artists to develop their sound, refine arrangements, and achieve their creative vision.
  • Operate and maintain professional recording studio equipment, including DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live), microphones, interfaces, and outboard gear.
  • Record, edit, mix, and master audio tracks to industry-standard quality.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to artists during recording sessions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Stay current with music industry trends, technologies, and production techniques.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the studio.
  • Assist with onboarding and cultural integration for new international artists and team members.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Music Producer in a studio setting.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of produced, mixed, and mastered tracks across various genres.
  • Expert proficiency with industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
  • Strong understanding of audio engineering principles, acoustics, and signal flow.
  • Exceptional ear for music, rhythm, melody, and harmony.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse artists and musical styles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international artists or producing music with global influences.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various cultural music styles and production techniques.
