Are you a visionary music producer with a passion for crafting captivating sounds and bringing artistic ideas to fruition? United Media Services (UMS) is seeking an experienced and creatively driven Music Producer to join our dynamic studio team in Tanta, Gharbia. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire spectrum of music production for various projects, including commercial jingles, film scores, television show themes, digital content soundtracks, and artist development initiatives.
As a Music Producer at UMS, you will be the artistic and technical backbone of our studio projects. You will be responsible for translating creative briefs into compelling auditory experiences, working closely with directors, artists, sound engineers, and marketing teams. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on studio work, from pre-production planning, demo creation, and talent scouting, to meticulous recording sessions, arrangement, mixing, and mastering. We are looking for someone who can not only navigate complex technical workflows but also possess an innate ability to inspire artists, identify unique sonic identities, and elevate musical performances. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire music production process from initial concept to final master, ensuring artistic and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with artists, composers, sound engineers, directors, and marketing teams to realize project vision.
- Manage and schedule studio sessions, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
- Guide and mentor musical talent, providing creative direction and technical feedback to enhance performances.
- Perform hands-on tasks including recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio as needed.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with the latest music production technologies, software, and industry trends to keep UMS at the forefront of audio innovation.
- Ensure all produced content complies with copyright laws and company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including musicians, songwriters, and voice artists.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Music Producer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expert proficiency in Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or similar.
- Deep understanding of music theory, composition, arrangement, and various musical genres.
- Advanced audio engineering, mixing, and mastering skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated creative vision and artistic sensibility to inspire and guide musical projects.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.

- Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related creative field.
