Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylic/gel extensions, and nail art.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable nail care treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, adhering strictly to salon hygiene protocols.
- Sterilize tools and equipment effectively after each use.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Manage appointments and client records accurately.
- Promote and upsell salon services and retail products.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with general salon duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Expert.
- Proficiency in all aspects of nail care (manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail art).
