Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Perform end-of-day auditing tasks, balancing daily revenue, guest accounts, and preparing comprehensive daily reports.
- Handle all guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor hotel security, respond to emergencies, and enforce hotel policies to ensure guest and property safety.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked for the morning shift.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate financial auditing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during unsupervised hours.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar overnight hotel role.
