Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience during night hours.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises, inside and out, to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents, following established procedures.
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests, demonstrating a helpful and courteous attitude.
- Perform light administrative duties, including preparing reports, processing payments, and managing reservation updates.
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms or event spaces for the following day's activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, reporting any suspicious activity immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, reception, and public areas throughout the night.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Handle switchboard operations and direct calls as necessary.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures, especially regarding security and health & safety, are adhered to.
Required Skills
