Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality and efficiency standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently after receiving proper training.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory, verifying counts against packing lists and identifying any discrepancies.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and troubleshoot any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, security, and product handling.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto trucks and trailers.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
