Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or suspicious incidents.
- Control access to the premises, verifying credentials and logging visitors as per company policy.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and irregularities in detailed daily reports.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches following established protocols.
- Enforce company rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to staff, visitors, and clients as needed.
- Complete opening and closing procedures for specific areas as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and vigilance throughout the night shift.
