Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specified procedures and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification or willingness to learn required).
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
