Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with professional standards and clinical guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all actions.
- Monitor and record vital signs, observing and reporting any changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and other nurses.
- Provide clear, concise, and compassionate communication to patients and their families regarding their care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all data protection regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in continuing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.
Required Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration (or eligibility for registration).
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in administering medications and performing medical procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

- Experience working in a UK healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
