Key Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, taking accurate messages.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately within the office.
- Maintain office tidiness and organisation, including filing, archiving, and managing stationery supplies.
- Assist the sales and lettings teams with administrative tasks, such as preparing property particulars and marketing materials.
- Support with data entry and updating client databases accurately.
- Undertake photocopying, scanning, and other general office duties as required.
- Assist in arranging meetings and appointments for team members.
- Ensure all office equipment is in working order and report any issues promptly.
