Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Staff member to provide essential General Administration and Clerical Support at our Bog Walk, St. Catherine office. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the smooth daily operations of our local branch, ensuring efficient information flow and a supportive environment for our team and customers.
The successful candidate will be the backbone of our administrative functions, handling a variety of tasks that range from managing documents and maintaining records to assisting with communication and logistical support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately categorized and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, inputting information into various databases and software systems.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistical arrangements as required.
- Provide front-desk support, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners, troubleshooting minor issues.
- Assist in organizing company events, internal communications, and other special projects as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
