Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and document preparation using various office software.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos and announcements.
  • Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management to support operational objectives.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
