Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their shopping needs and preferences.
- Proactively approach customers on the sales floor, offering assistance and product information.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are attractively arranged and restocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general upkeep of the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
