Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our clients’ dynamic e-commerce teams as Online Chat Support Specialists in Ikoyi, Lagos. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance through live chat. Your primary objective will be to resolve inquiries efficiently, guide customers through product information, assist with orders, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter, ultimately ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help others. Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications
