Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information.

  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, empathetic, and effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and changes in company policies to provide informed support.
