Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time online chat support to customers regarding products, orders, and platform usage.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and report trending customer issues to management for product and service improvement.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and company policies.
- Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction and positive brand representation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or chat support role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with perfect grammar and spelling in English.
