Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, returns, and general website navigation.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Career.zycto’s products, services, policies, and website functionalities to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and report common customer issues or feedback to management for continuous improvement of services and products.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support resources, such as FAQs and canned responses.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices for online customer service and e-commerce trends.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
