Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources, including customer databases, network logs, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques.
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to enhance data quality and analytical methodologies.
- Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on specific business questions, providing data-backed insights to support strategic planning and operational adjustments.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analysis activities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with data analysis in the telecommunications industry.
