Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Efficiently pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation, verifying order accuracy against packing slips.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to prevent discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed, following proper training and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or product damage to supervisors.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
Required Skills
