Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified quantities and product codes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or trolleys safely and efficiently.
- Verify product numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy, minimizing discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging products for loading.
Required Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading pick sheets and product labels.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
