Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring document accessibility and confidentiality.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with preparation for meetings, including setting up meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- Support event planning and coordination for non-profit initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
- Process basic financial transactions, such as expense reports and reimbursements, under supervision.
- Greet visitors, clients, and partners warmly, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
