Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products, verifying counts against packing lists.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts (if certified), in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform quality checks on products to identify and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in cycle counts as required.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring items are secured and correctly accounted for.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and operational goals.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and stand for extended periods.
