Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers and paralegals with case preparation, document drafting, and client correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Conduct preliminary legal research using various databases and resources.
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with courts or relevant bodies.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and hearings.
  • Liaise with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with billing and administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
