Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using various online and offline resources, compiling and summarising findings.
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Assist with comprehensive case management, including organising and maintaining client files, documents, and evidence both physically and electronically.
- Liaise professionally with clients, barristers, courts, government agencies (e.g., Home Office for immigration matters), and other external parties.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, and send timely reminders.
- Transcribe dictations, prepare minutes of meetings, and assist in legal billing processes.
- Specifically assist in the preparation and submission of immigration-related applications, forms, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, firm data, and sensitive legal matters.
- Provide general administrative support to solicitors and legal professionals as required to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
