Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and format a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical client case files, ensuring all documents are current, complete, and easily accessible.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and gather relevant information, statutes, and precedents as requested by legal professionals.
- Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and meetings by compiling exhibits, organizing discovery materials, and coordinating schedules.
- Proofread and edit legal documents for grammatical errors, typos, and factual inconsistencies.
