Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using online databases, libraries, and other resources to support ongoing cases and projects.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Summarize legal documents, articles, and case facts for attorneys and senior paralegals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, both physical and electronic.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
- Verify citations and legal references in documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all legal matters.
