Located in the picturesque Namaacha, our hotel prides itself on delivering unparalleled guest experiences, and the quality of our linen service is a crucial component of that commitment. This role is fundamental to ensuring our guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort and hygiene throughout their stay.

As a Linen Service Helper, you will be an integral part of our housekeeping and laundry operations. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the flow of linens throughout the hotel, ensuring that every towel is fluffy, every sheet is crisp, and every uniform is fresh. This isn’t just a behind-the-scenes role; it’s a pivotal position that directly impacts guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be entrusted with processing a variety of items, from guest room linens and restaurant table coverings to staff uniforms and spa towels, all while adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, possesses a strong work ethic, and is capable of handling the physical demands of the job. This includes lifting and transporting bundles of laundry, operating commercial washing and drying equipment, and performing repetitive tasks with precision. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be responsible for inspecting linens for stains or damage, sorting items correctly, and ensuring they are perfectly folded and stacked for distribution. Your keen eye will help maintain our reputation for immaculate accommodations.

This part-time opportunity offers flexibility and a chance to contribute to a welcoming and supportive team environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing a comfortable and memorable experience for every guest. While previous experience in a similar role is a plus, we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence. If you are reliable, physically capable, and eager to make a tangible difference in a thriving hotel setting, we encourage you to apply. Join Hotel Namaacha and become a key player in maintaining the pristine condition that our guests expect and deserve.
