Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality final products for various platforms (website, social media, advertisements).
- Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance video narratives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Rovins Travel Mauritius' brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient workflow and asset management.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on video drafts, making necessary revisions based on team input.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production.
- Meet deadlines for video content delivery, often juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and pacing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills to articulate creative concepts and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing travel, tourism, or lifestyle content.
