Job Description

Career.zycto is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partner Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in North Lethbridge. As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our network of partners, providing exceptional service and technical assistance to ensure their success and satisfaction with our platform and services. Your day will involve addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring a seamless experience for all partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, providing timely and accurate support via various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Onboard new partners, guiding them through platform features, best practices, and available resources.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, account inquiries, and service-related questions efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., product, engineering) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Career.zycto's products, services, and partner programs to provide expert guidance.
  • Collect and relay partner feedback to internal teams to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Develop and update support documentation, FAQs, and self-help resources for partners.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive partner journey.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, partner support, or client success role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work schedule environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with B2B partners or within the human resources/recruitment technology industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer or partner satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience in developing support documentation or training materials.
