Job Description

In this role, you will be the face of Career.zycto to potential and existing partners, requiring excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing relationship management and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, and industry associations that complement Career.zycto's offerings.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and a clear path to success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless partnership integration and execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to foster new connections.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective partners.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or account management (minimum 4 years).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close strategic agreements.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to partnership management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
