Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of pedicure services including classic pedicures, spa pedicures, gel pedicures, and specialty therapeutic foot treatments, ensuring high-quality, long-lasting results.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in strict adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Consult with clients to assess their specific needs, understand their preferences, recommend appropriate services and products, and provide personalized aftercare advice.
- Ensure a relaxing, comfortable, and private atmosphere for clients during treatments, paying close attention to their overall experience.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service delivery and minimizing client waiting times.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, products, and innovations in the pedicure and broader spa industry through continuous learning.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of pedicure supplies and products, communicating replenishment needs to management in a timely manner.
- Assist with other spa duties as required, contributing to the overall smooth and harmonious operation of the wellness center.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, upholding the hotel's standards of professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Pedicurist or Spa Technician, demonstrating proficiency in various pedicure techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of nail care techniques, proper sanitation protocols, and common foot and nail conditions.
- Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
