Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs, leave management, and contribute to payroll coordination.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support performance management cycles, including tracking goals, facilitating review processes, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across various operating regions, with a strong focus on Singaporean employment law.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of new HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and fairness.
- Generate HR reports and conduct basic data analysis to support data-driven decision-making and identify trends.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, welfare, and fostering a positive company culture.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to support broader organizational projects and objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Associate, HR Coordinator, or in a similar People Operations role.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and other HR technology tools.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law, particularly within Singapore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clear and empathetic interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various HR tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
