Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one performance coaching sessions with individual clients to identify goals, develop strategies, and monitor progress.
- Facilitate engaging group coaching workshops on various performance-related topics, such as leadership, time management, and communication.
- Design and implement personalized development plans tailored to client needs and organizational objectives.
- Utilize a range of coaching tools, assessments, and methodologies to enhance client self-awareness and drive behavioral change.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Performance Coach or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Exceptional active listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and coaching methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals towards achieving their goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- High degree of empathy, discretion, and ethical conduct
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
