Job Description

World Vision International in Zongoene, Xai-Xai, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Performance Tracking Aide to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Tracking Aide, you will play a vital role in helping us monitor the progress and impact of our various community development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and verify program data from various sources, including field reports and beneficiary records.
- Accurately input data into established databases and tracking systems in a timely manner.
- Assist in conducting basic quality checks and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the preparation of routine performance tracking reports and summaries for internal review.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of all collected data and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with field staff to clarify data discrepancies or gather missing information.
- Adhere to data protection policies and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
