Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, with discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal tasks for executives when required, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory for the executive team.
- Facilitate visa sponsorship related documentation and liaison with relevant agencies for eligible candidates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
