Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support for all banking needs.
- Identify client financial needs through active listening and needs-based conversations, offering appropriate bank products and services (e.g., checking, savings, loans, credit cards).
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and completing various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services, promoting self-service options and enhancing their banking experience.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships by consistently delivering personalized service and follow-up.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations when necessary.
